My wonderful husband, who knows how much his wife likes Christmas, helped me put up the tree last week. We kept it kind of simple but I think it is beautiful!
I looked for those new LED lights but apparently they sold out quickly and are not to be found anywhere, maybe next Christmas.
This was my craft project last year. I had some old gold ribbon and some red and silver ornaments so I tied them together with the ribbon to make a larger ornament. I can't really take credit for the idea, I saw it on a Martha Stewart show. This year I kept the ribbon part and the top part of the ornament and just replaced the balls with newer ones that weren't quite so used looking.
I decided to make this picture my wallpaper on my computer.
Ok, I was trying to take a picture of it snowing at night-time. The picture didn't turn out exactly as I had planned but the result was so interesting I kept the picture. Be sure and blow it up to full size so you can appreciate the effect.
