I found this picture of Jordan on my camera the other day after I had taken some pictures of a freezing fog (if that's the right term). It's unusual for him to look so natural and relaxed in a picture (he is usually trying too hard), but then again, he was doing one of his favorite things in the world, playing in the leaves.
He asked me why there weren't any red leaves in his pile. There are a few maples around here but not many. When we are in KS next year I really want a maple tree, even if we have to plant it ourselves. I miss the variety of colors in the leaves.
I love it when we get the freezing fog here. It looks like that stuff you get on Christmas trees and wreathes sometimes.
