Our newest recipe try was the Sweet Potato Chili Mac in the March issue of Cooking Light (p. 80). It was pretty good. Some people might like it to be a bit smoother but we liked the taste and it was something a bit different. We wound up giving it a 4 on our family rating scale. It is a "keeper" recipe but I don't think it is something we will make again quickly. The recipe had chirizo sausasage and I have to watch how much spice I am doing or my body will be in rebellion.
