Mark’s Chili (GF)
3 lbs. Ground Beef
2 Cups Onion-chopped1 Bell Pepper (red or green)-chopped
3 Garlic Cloves-minced
3 Tablespoons Chili Powder (medium)
2 Tablespoons Cumin
1 Tablespoon Paprika
¼ teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon salt
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
2Tablespoons Ancho Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Cocoa Powder
Cinnamon-dash
4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
3 Cans Diced Tomato
5 (5 oz.) Cans Tomato Paste plus 5 Cans of Water
3 Cans Beans (any combination of red, black, pinto, or kidney)
2 teaspoons Oregano
1 Tablespoon Frank’s Hot Sauce
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce (We us Lea & Perrins, it is GF)
Brown the ground beef and
the onion. Drain off any excess grease. Toss in the rest of the ingredients and
simmer for 30-45 minutes.
