Wendesday Evening

I needed a break. Jordan has been repeating talking non-stop for the last several days (mostly the same stuff over and over). When Mark got home tonight we decided to go out for a dinner date to Olive Garden. It was nice and we just got to be quiet and visit a little. Then for even more "excitement" we decided to see how much a new food processor would be at Wal-Mart. Our other one still works for now but the blade attachment is cracked and I'm not sure how much longer it will last. Since we are eating hummus regularly now I NEED my food processor.

Trying something new: I have been trying to find some kind of exercise I can do that won't hurt me. I hear yoga is good but the things I had seen so far had been full of all of that Eastern philosophy and that weird music (ok for some but not for me). I found a DVD at the store the other day from that tv show I like, The Biggest Looser, trainer Bob doing yoga so I have decided to give it a try. I liked my initial session but of course wasn't able to complete the whole thing. Here's hoping this works for me. It's not my weight I'm concerned about, just my over all lack of muscle tone (especially in my tummy).

So I guess now that I am full and de-stressed I think I'll haul my tired bum off to bed. Have a good evening.
