I have a new recipe for you. I just love this Sunny Cranberry Almond (or something like that) trail mix that is @ Target so we tried to replicate the recipe.
Trail Mix
Mix together:
1 cup Craisins (sweetened dried cranberries)
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup almonds
1 cup pepitas (dried pumpkin seeds we found them @ Whole Foods)
1 cup sunflower seeds
Notes: I would probably try to find a lower salt sunflower seed if I could (we're not too into things having very much salt). I didn't get the nutrition information off the bag before it got thrown away so I can't give you an approximation on calorie count. I think the typical serving size is 2 or 3 tablespoons. It's kind of a nice little pick me up when you need a little something to tie you over till you can eat. I also like it on a spinach salad with: a small amount of chicken, Parmesan (real of course) and some honey mustard dressing ( I like Newmans Own).
