Thursday Already?

Wow, it's Thursday already? It's been a busy week at work, there were a lot of little details in the weekly baskets and it is promotion weekend. Jordan has been having allergy issues or a cold or something. I know something is wrong when he tells me his uvula is fine, he only mentions it when he is draining and has a sore throat. I can tell he feels crummy.

Leah and I were having an interesting conversation this week. She was complaining a bit about what I asking her to do until I pointed out that with homeschool and my new job I am essentially working full time. She honestly hadn't thought about it that way before. I am needing a little extra help around the house now because I am busier.

It has been so cold here, it doesn't feel like June at all. On Tuesday we went to the baseball game with some friends and we wound up wearing 2 long sleeve shirts, a coat and mittens, and had a blanket over us. It was still cold. I felt more like I was dressed for a football game than a baseball game. Thankfully today was warmer and it is supposed to be a bit better the next few days. I asked a co-worker, "Where is global warming and how do I get some?"

We had to take our car in for an oil change and have an issue checked out on it. The fan has been ruining even after we turn the car off, and no, it's not because the car it too hot. I guess it's a little $30 module that needs to be replaced and Mark can do it so he is having them order the part and is installing it himself. (We're not paying for labor unless we have to.)

Better run and get a little clean-up done before Mark gets home. Catch you later.
