It seems like I spend so much of Christmas in a fog. I enjoy all of the parties, shopping for Christmas presents, and decorations but it seems to hurry by so quickly in a flurry of activity and then it's gone and I am wondering what it is that I have done with my time. What was it about being a child that made it seem like the time between Thanksgiving and Christmas was an eternity? Maybe it's one of those reasons that my tree will still probably be up on Valentines Day.
Mark has bought a guitar for himself for Christmas. He found one for a good price on EBay and he is looking forward to learning to play. I know Leah is excited about it too and she has been practicing on this little toy guitar that Aunt Laura bought for the kids a couple of years ago. If I could only get Jordan excited about playing an instrument of some kind but he hasn't shown any real interest yet.
Better run and make my Christmas list and check it twice. "Santa Mommy" has to figure out what on earth you buy two teenagers and one musical/techie hubby for Christmas.

I know what you mean about time flying. Especially with school and babysitting and all, time whizzes by. And the Christmas tree still up on V-Day was a direct reference to that quiz I sent you! Mommy funny! Hopefully you'll figure out what to get Dad and Jordan.
