Jordan came and took a look at me this morning and announced that, "Mom and Brittany Spears wear make-up". I'm not quite sure how to take it but knowing Jordan it is a mere statement of fact rather than some kind of comment on how I look (as we all know I look nothing like Brittany!!).
The kids are getting excited about Christmas. We are looking forward to time together as a family going to church, watching movies, opening presents, and all that good stuff. I really can't think of anything special that I want to eat so it may just be typical food for the holiday. I'm still trying to persuade my hubby to make me some taffy which I love and is kind of a tradition in my family.
Better go and remind the kids that our basic chores still have to be done, regardless of the fact it is the weekend.
