Yes, the hills are alive with The Sound of Music and all things relating to the movie. I guess Fox Chester is going to be going to Austria to see all of the sites from the movie. This morning Fox Chester is saying, "Welcome to Salzburg." Jordan is also singing, "My Favorite Things" which is actually cute because his voice is sliding around all over the place.
We got a new weather front yesterday with lots of wind and a little bit of snow. I guess it's a good thing we didn't get more snow or it would have been a real mess. Jordan of course alerted us to the upcoming weather event (weather behaviors: pacing; noisy; etc.) and has been basically the same ever since so I guess it's not over yet.
I've decided I need to get my pictures from last year all developed and get to work on a scrapbook for the year. I am so far behind on that stuff. A couple of years ago I was all caught up but I have just let it kind of slide since then. Because we had a neat vacation last year I really want to make sure the memories are preserved while they are fresh in my mind.
We have decided to try to get Leah into the high school here that has dual credit for high school and college courses. There is a mountain of paperwork to get through but there are a limited number of slots and if we want any chance of getting in we need to get on the ball. I spent yesterday filling out forms and copying off paperwork.
Well other than that I guess life is at it's usual dull roar around here so I guess I had better sign off and get on with my day.
