Getting Ready for School

Mark took Leah to orientation yesterday to set up her classes for the fall. She will be taking: Spanish; English (college level); Psychology (college level); Physics; and Math. They tried to fit gym into her schedule but it didn't work out this semester. I think it's cool that more and more high schools are setting up programs that include college hours and college type scheduling (for those who are ready for it). I am hopeful that this will make the transition between high school and college a smooth one.

We are excited to see how this new program works. One thing that really impressed Mark and Leah both is that the teachers/staff really seemed to want to be there and were friendly.

I did a scan of Leah's school ID with the private information cropped out so you could see it. They did yearbook pictures but we didn't get any, they are just too expensive these days. I need to get around to taking a picture of her in this outfit (she looks so pretty).
