Jordan is really excited about watching the Olympics on tv. I am hoping that it gives us something to talk about other than coyotes (we are still working on breaking the obsession). I'm going to start school up with him again next week just a bit so we can be ready for our evaluation on Thursday.
After getting Leah's classes set up we decided to call her Math for homeschool finished. She is working on getting more of her classwork for driver's ed done. I think she is a bit bored, she has been grounded from electronics other than to do school work and it is getting tiresome for her. Ah well, who said that being grounded was supposed to be fun, the point is to not want to do it again.
We got some house cleaning done this week downstairs. Mark has all the kitchen cabinets painted (yeah!!!) and it is done except for the crown molding on the cabinets on the back wall. We did some straightening and carpet cleaning downstairs too. I got the windows all cleaned except for the outside part of the ones upstairs. Jordan is asking that we do a room make-over (which means paint) in his room this next week, we'll see. I don't want this vacation to be all work and no play.
