September is Here!!

September is finally here. Soon the trees will really be turning and hopefully the onset of fall will be the END of my allergy season (for this year anyway). September also means that I've had another birthday. Yes, I'm a year older, and hopefully a year wiser. My "new years" resolutions: to grow in discipline in mind, body, and spirit.

The chiropractor thing is going ok. My headaches have been down to mostly mild headaches and not migraines. I've been having a few issues with vertigo but when I am going to the chiropractor that seems to be a little better too (trying to keep my Eustachian tube open). He had me go in for a massage the other day to try and get those muscles to stop fighting the program and it was a wonderful experience and VERY RELAXING. I fell asleep early and slept hard.

The boys: Jordan is doing great and is settling in well with the new therapist. Mark has a couple of weeks vacation and is doing this and that around the house. I know he was really in need of some "down time".

Here's the update on Leah's arm: Now that the swelling has gone down they needed to re-cast her arm. She'll have this cast for another 4 weeks. It looks like it's healing beautifully.
