Not much going on here. Mark is taking a couple of weeks off doing stuff around the house and squeezing in some drum practice as often as he can get it. The kids are doing great. Leah's arm is healing well and we are looking at a date in early October for the cast to come off.
I'm trying to get back in the routine of doing my yoga (I hadn't done it in a couple of months and I can FEEL IT). The chiropractor is going ok. I am still having minor headaches but much fewer migraines. Now if all of those nasty allergens would clear out of the air I think I would be feeling great.
I think our small group is going to a local apple farm next weekend so that sound like fun and a little something to look forward to.

Love them apple orchards. I love cider. Glad you enjoyed the pics, if u guys ever want to come up u can stay here.
