The kids have been sick with a bug this week. Leah only went to school Monday and Jordan started getting it probably Wednesday night. Mark and I have managed to escape it....so far. I've been downing the liquids and using the nasal rinse 2x a day in an attempt to ward the beast off. Leah's had it sort of on the light side but Jordan has had so much drainage that he is just miserable.
Meanwhile we have been eating chicken noodle soup, reading books, watching a little tv and resting. Leah is reading 7 Daughters and 7 Sons. I am reading, Walk with 2 Moons. I need to get back to the library and see what the community read is for this month. I don't go to the discussion groups but I enjoy the stories on my own. Jordan is reading two books from the Magic Tree House series on Space.
I guess I'll go clean up lunch and maybe try to squeeze a nap in. Jordan slept with me last night so I could use a little more time to rest.
