Bible Reading Plan

This week I am trying something new, doing a Bible reading plan on my phone. Reason: my phone is always with me. I may not have large chunks of time in my day but I have little blocks here and there. The program marks my place and starts up where I left off, kind of cool. I'm still fiddling around with what version I want to read out of.

The rest of this week has definitely been quieter than the first part. My Aunt Cub reminded me that God will use those times of stress to help us to appreciate the peace and quiet of the everydayness (my own word) of life. Our car has over $3000 worth of damage on it. I am SO grateful for insurance. Leah hasn't shown any signs of injury so we are grateful for that as well.

Jordan is in another phase where he is putting more things together verbally. He is getting better at describing and gesturing. I wish I could show you how he described the Wii math game the other day (the one on the Wii Fit where you shift your hips to bump numbers adding up to 10). You had to be there to see it but it was so cute! Tuesday he was teaching Miss Micha (his therapist) a new word, etymology, if you don't know what it is...look it up :)
