Rats! Allergy season is in bloom already. I love the warmer air, the budding trees, and the green grass, I just don't like what it does to my head. On the other hand, this is Colorado, and about the time you get used to the idea of spring you will get hit with a blizzard or two (one can only hope, we are SO DRY). If we don't get some precipitation soon we are going to have a bad fire season this summer.
Mark is home for the day so that's nice. He's running some errands with Leah now. We are going to try a recipe out of the Julia Child's cookbook this evening, Beouf Bourgignon. I'd rather make something good at home most of the time these days. Eating out is nice and we do it to get away sometimes but what you make at home as far as the food goes is usually 100 times better. (We still haven't mastered Chinese yet and prefer to have that out.)
Jordan took another history test today and got a 98%, fairly typical for his history/geography tests. He's working with Miss Micha now and when they are done we all have the rest of the day off.
Hoping you all have a nice long quiet weekend!
