Broccoli Slaw

Broccoli Slaw
5 cups broccoli stalks-grated (food processor is very helpful)
(we used one carrot to round us up to the 5 cups-nice addition)
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt freshly ground pepper

*If all you have in the house is Miracle Whip-Chef Mark suggests reducing the lemon juice and the vinegar by 1/3; which should be 1Tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoon.

Possible additions : original recipe called for 1/2 cup currants (raisins or Craisins should work) and 3/4 cup rough chopped almonds. We omitted these in our recipe and it worked just great.
