- Cranberry Apple Pie-It tastes a bit like a cherry pie. I'm not sure how we ever lived without it.
- Broccoli Coleslaw-why were we throwing away broccoli stalks all these years?
- Black Bean Hummus-we liked but much better with chips than with veggies.
- Tomatillo Guac-again, how did we ever live without it. We may have to adjust the spice on this, the jalapeno pepper is giving me such terrible heartburn that I haven't been able to enjoy it and I love this recipe.
- Brussels Sprouts-this recipe has onion and bacon in it. As my sister Barb said, what doesn't taste good with bacon :)
- Beef Stew in Red Wine Sauce-which we serve over rice (to make it gfcf) or egg noodles.
- Lamb-I liked it but it was so rich, I wouldn't want it very often.
- Beef and Broccoli-a frequent meal, we love Chinese.
- General Tso's Chicken-also Chinese, the recipe isn't perfected yet but it is a definite keeper. I think I could eat Chinese several times a week and be perfectly happy.
- Blue Cheese dressing-yes it did matter on the quality of blue cheese you bought. Some days a girl just needs some hot-wings!
