Another birthday come and gone and I am a year older and hopefully wiser. I got cards, e-mail, e-cards, calls, and some neat presents. Thanks everybody for thinking of me. The relationships we have are what makes life worth living and I am blessed by knowing each one of you. Thanks for being part of my journey through life. (Sorry Janet, no pictures, I was also "blessed" with another terrific headache for the day.)
Another cute "Jordanism": This week the weather was changing and Jordan just couldn't concentrate for anything. I said to him, "Is your brain on vacation?" Of course he took me literally and he answered, "Brain in head". So we had to explain that, "Your brain is on vacation" is an idiom (a concept he is working on) which means, "You're not thinking today." Once he got the picture he thought it was all funny.
Tomorrow we are planning on doing the free day at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. We are really looking forward to another great day of learning and having fun!!
