Today I am grateful for the gifts of experience. God uses it all: the good, the bad, and the down-right ugly to shape and mold us. I don't always love all of the things that God has brought into my life but I am grateful for his love and his mercies which are new every morning.
Holiday plans: Not too much going on here tomorrow. It's just going to be the 4 of us celebrating together. I'm looking forward to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on tv, the Thanksgiving meal, and putting up my tree. I've been trying to do my best to shop ahead so I don't have to enter the stores for a while. The older I get, the less I like the crowds. We are planning on buying a Wii as a family gift for Christmas, I may even buy that online and have it shipped.

Hey sorry its been so long since we have updated our blog. Our camera hasnt been working right. We may try to put some older pictures up. Yes this was my 1st blizzard. I didnt leave the house until Thursday. Today we got another 6 inches just when the roads were finally getting better they are bad all over again. We like that you are writing something you are grateful for each day! Hope your family is doing good and we will see you on the blog soon.
