Today I am thankful for my sister Barb, and my friend Joseph (today is their birthdays). I am thankful for the blessings of a house that keeps the sun, rain, snow, and wind off of me. I am thankful for a warm and comfortable bed.
I saw the sweetest thing yesterday that I wanted to share with you. I was at Wal-Mart and there was this little old man who was checking out ahead of me. The cashier was so incredibly sweet to him that I almost cried. She went around and picked up his items, scanned them, and then helped him work his debit card. Did she have to do all that, no, but it was such an act of kindness and service. May her blessings be great in the kingdom of God for her acts of kindness.
Yes, there is still good and kindness to be found in the world today. How is your Gratitude Adjustment going?
