Braces Day

Leah got her braces on her upper teeth today. She got blue brackets because she thought they were pretty and went with almost everything. I haven't been able to get a great picture yet but hopefully we will have a much better one soon. Her mouth is a little sore so she is doing the best she can to manage the issue with ibuprofen and something Miss Janet recommended for mouth sores called lysine (and of course soft foods and ice-cream don't hurt either).

Jordan is still on his talking all day binge. The weather is supposed to change in a big way between now and tomorrow (shorts today and chance of snow tomorrow) and he is practically shaking with nervous energy. I popped him in the bath this evening which a lot of times helps him unwind....at least that's what I am hoping.

Mark has been home for a couple of days and it's been kind of nice. He's gotten a few things done around the house but he has relaxed a bit too. I got some books from the library but before I got into them Mark and Leah started reading them so I guess I'll be waiting my turn. They are both such fast readers, it won't be more than a few days, in fact, Mark has finished 2 of the books already.

Today Mark's been helping me with things around the house, I woke up really dizzy today and have been dizzy all day. It's probably just my equilibrium being off due to sinus drainage. (I hate pollen!) Better run and get a few last minute details taken care of before bedtime.
