Nothing

What did we do this weekend? We did as much nothing as we possibly could. After a long and somewhat frustrating week we stayed as close to home as possible. Mark had been in California this last week for work and he needed a little down time as well as some study time (he has another exam for his MCSE this week). Leah had some homework to do. I am still a little frustrated with her lack of organization but I guess she will get it eventually (at least I hope so). Jordan and I either did computer stuff or read books.

Jordan and I got new shoes this weekend. Jordan absolutely couldn't wait on new shoes, he had grown a bit and his shoes were worn out. I can always tell when he needs new shoes because he starts walking funny. We didn't wind up with boots but stayed with the black velcro shoes that he has been wearing. (He wears a size 9 now.) My hip and back have been bothering me so I thought I would see if new shoes improved the situation before I took a medical (or chiropractic) step (so far so good).

Speaking of Jordan and his computer, he announced the other day that Paul Newman was dead. I knew he had been sick and probably dying but it is still sad regardless. Jordan has this fascination with dead people this last year or so. I don't know what the deal is unless it would be that they are a "completed" set of facts.

Better scoot and get some record keeping done before Jordan and I start school today. I'm really not looking forward to Science, we have been studying about snakes and I HATE SNAKES (spiders don't rank much higher)!!! Oh well, better get to what must be done. Have a great day!
