This is just another one of those ordinary days at the Bye household. We are just doing school and running here and there. I guess given the day, ordinary is just fine with me, thank you very much. Jordan asked that we light a candle for the 9-11 families and say a prayer for them.
Mark and I got out for a little bit last night. We really didn't have the money but yesterday was a rough day with Jordan and I NEEDED out. We went and shared a meal at On the Border. Since we were sharing, and drinking water, it only cost us about $13. It was a nice break and it was good to be able to complete a sentence without kids interrupting. Even when we don't order much, I like to tip decently, it isn't the waitresses fault we are cutting corners (especially when they don't ASSUME we won't tip because we are sharing a meal).
Mmmmm.....we are going to have chicken noodle soup for dinner. The chicken is cooking now and it sure smells DELICIOUS!!! Soup just hits the spot on these cool fall days.
