Speaking of Leah, I don't know if I told you already or not, but on her mid-term report she has 3 A's (in her high school classes) and 2 solid B's in her college classes.

Jordan had another Math test today and only missed 1. I am pretty pleased with the outcome. I have been trying a new method in teaching the Math lesson, go over it one day together then, have him repeat the same lesson independently the next day. What I love about the Saxon Math is that it does a LOT of repetition so he is constantly reviewing skills. While the constant repetition is not great for all students, it is perfect for a kiddo w/autism. We did a lesson on double negatives in Grammar today, I'm not sure he really understood that one. He could spot the negatives but had trouble re-wording the sentences (then again, sentences are not his strong suit). Since we are done with our regular work but needed some more time to fill our hours today he is watching Anthony and Cleopatra. I can't wait to hear his summary on that one!
We've had several warm days in a row now but I keep wondering when the other shoe is going to drop. I set our basil plant out this afternoon for a bit of sun. Hopefully I will remember to bring it in, basil DOES NOT like the cold.
