We are having a cloudy start to our morning, it sure looks like rain. Rain would be nice, we are dry as a bone here and haven't had much snow at all this year.
Leah heads off on her mission trip tomorrow. We bought her some stuff she needed last night, like some work gloves that are a little more female sized and some snacks. She's excited.
My yoga stuff is still going ok. I have been able to exercise with only the aches that should be expected and not pain. I don't know if it's just being down a few pounds or if it is the stretching but my feet haven't been bothering me like they had been. I think where I feel the exercise the most is in my back and arms which have had little to no attention since I was required to take PE in high school.
