At the Zoo

This weekend we went to the zoo. It was a beautiful day, about 83 degrees, and you just couldn't have asked for better weather for walking around outside. They have made some updates to our zoo since last year and it is looking much nicer.
A bear eyeing his next meal.
Time for a stretch.
Wallabies are fairly new additions to the zoo.
I can't remember the name of this monkey but I find it interesting because it has a white stripe on the back making it look almost like a skunk, thus, I call it the "skunk monkey".
Shrine of the Sun.
More pictures of the shrine.
Jordan is trying to locate our house and pick out city landmarks.
They put in a new lift this year so you can get an ariel view of the zoo. Mark and the kids went up but I did not. I am not big on heights as it is and I don't like my seat to move (I'm not even overly fond of porch swings unless the motion is minimal).
Mark stitched (camera lingo for combining 2-3 pictures into one shot) this picture together so you could get a wide angle view of the city. I think it looks kind of cool.
