Our Weekend

Catching up a bit here: I kind of struggled with that light bug all weekend. I never was really sick but didn't feel all that super either.

My sister Laura came for a visit on Friday and left on Sunday. She is primarily here to ski with her church group but since she and her husband Tom both have family out here they stop by when they can. I know she primarily wanted to see the kids but Leah was busy with schoolwork and didn't have as much time to go shopping and things like that.

Mark was a busy beaver this weekend. On top of drumming at church this weekend he worked and got our master bath back to being usable. He got some temporary flooring in, installed the toilet, and got the sink turned back on. He also stuck up some plastic to cover the shower area (till we can get the money to complete that part) but the plasic fell down overnight. I think he is goint to buy some kind of thin wood strip to nail to the celing and then staple the plastic to it. It really cuts down on the allergy triggers for me to have that all sealed up. I know it sounds kind of silly but it is a JOY to have a second bathroom again. Aren't we American's spoiled?

We met w/our small group from church on Sunday night. We are doing that SHAPE book from the Saddleback church. Last night we discussed: Are you outgoing or reserved (I'm a little more towards outgoing); Self expressive or self controled (more towards self-controled); cooperative or competitive (I lean towards cooperative-I don't like conflict, even when it NEEDS to happen).
