Tuesday Morning

We're doing our best to get back into routine. Leah's bus routes changed here the first of the year so we are trying to figure all that out. Jordan is getting his school work done but is doing a lot of jumping up and down in the process.

Jordan and I finished our latest reading book today, "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" by Roald Dahl. I'm so glad to find this author, he seems to know how to write for boys. "Charlie" is our 3rd book by this author and we are starting another one tomorrow called, "The BFG" which is apparently short for Big Friendly Giant. Leah liked the book when she read it in 5th grade so we thought we would give it a whirl. The other chapter book I have stuck back for us to read is, 'The Mouse and the Motorcycle" by Beverly Cleary.

Mark went back to work yesterday but he is off today. He had to work late last night and so he is home sleeping today (with The Two Towers playing in the background). It's just as well, he seems to be having a reaction to something so we are giving him Benadrill. I'm kind of wondering if it's not the quinoa which we tried 2x this last week. If you've ever had hives, you know it's uncomfortable.

Better run and get my lunch. Have a great day!
