Thanking God

Today I am thanking God for our emergency fund which means that when these minor "tragedies" in life hit we are covered. Because we have our emergency fund in place we just bought a newer computer. We didn't bother getting a new monitor, ours works fine. Mark found a good deal on Tiger direct on a refurbished one. Because we have our own "in house" computer doctor, I am not overly worried about a super-duper warranty (90 days should be sufficient). We are going to wind up with a much better computer than the one we had so all in all I guess things are going to work out ok. We'll just cut back on the extras till the emergency fund is back up to our goal. I've got a couple of things I was wanting to Craigslist so maybe we can find a way to cover part of the cost that way.
