I got a good tip from my sister Barb on the weight loss. Bread actually is one of my problem areas. She
recommended thin buns and bagels which you are starting to be able to find on the shelves at the grocery store and wholesale clubs. The thin buns and bagels are about 110 calories (for a whole bun or a whole bagel). If you are doing WW points they are 1 point each rather than your 4 for a typical sized bun. One of my new favorite meals is a turkey burger with 2 Tablespoons of guacamole on it!

We have switched to whole wheat bread which is alot healthier than white. We even have wheat pizza,spaghetti,tortillas and I can't tell a big difference in taste.
