I am finally starting to feel better. The labrynthitis symptoms are improving and since I had turned on the air conditioning my allergy symptoms are improving as well. I don't know what I'm going to do the next few days when we don't need the air. The blasted cottonwood trees are blooming and I always feel it, allergy meds or not, until they are done.
I got an e-mail this morning that my cousin John is back in the USA from his tour in Iraq. I am sure that is a relief to his family. Hopefully he won't have to go back. These separations are so hard on our military families. I don't think most of us can truly appreciate the sacrifices they make to serve our country. Welcome home John!
I took a picture of the crab apple tree outside while it is in full bloom. Mark said that it looks like popcorn stuck to the tree.
By the way, Grandpa and Grandma, the gas prices are in the $3.65 range here this week. I hear that most of the time gas prices are at their peak around Memorial Day, let's hope so. I'm not holding my breath.
