Busy Day

Today has been a busy day.

Leah had her photo editing class at the library this morning and acting class this evening. I guess you could say she is spending the bulk of her school day today being creative. School should be fun sometimes! She is really excited about going to camp this weekend.

I had a routine doctor's appointment this morning. We really are going to have to find a new doctor. This guy is a great doctor but he is always an hour or more late so I spent a 2 hour chunk of my day at the doctor's office. I just don't have that kind of time. Then Jordan and I had to get our school work done but a weather front was moving in (bring on behaviors) so, it was slow going. We did finish about 6:30 or so.

Jordan, as I said earlier, was weathery today (guess what...it's snowing again). A funny thing happened this evening though. He said, "Look at me" and repeated it. It reminded me of our early ABA drills. He didn't really seem to want anything but my undivided gaze for just a minute or two.

Mark took this morning off to hang with Jordan while I was at the doctor. He is studying for test 7 on his MCSE and once he passes that he is going to take another stab at test 6. He will be using different test prep materials for that one so hopefully 3rd time will be the charm. He is such a great test taker, I think maybe the prep materials for that 6th one have not been good.
