New Characters Arrive

This week Jordan has had some new characters arrive in his story. We misplaced Reagan at Miss Janet's house so I think Jordan told me Reagan died in the army...but I'm not sure yet.

Jordan's newest main fascination is Reagan's brother Tyote and all of the back story details surrounding him. I guess Tyote has an ancestor Wyote Coyote that died in the Challenger Space Shuttle Accident but that was ok because he was a bad coyote. We told him that we didn't think they would let a bad astronaut (coyote) on the shuttle. So he thought a minute and out of the blue announced that Adolph Hitler was a bad man. Where did that come from...maybe the Sound of Music but I can't be sure. It's interesting sometimes to try to make all of the pieces of his stories flow together and a basic frame of reference is useful in trying to decipher the clues.

Also arriving today was a grey wolf from Mexico called Wolfango. He sings at the Wolf Church in Montana. We will have to see if he has any details to his story at a later date.

Things are decently quiet around here. Leah is off at Winter Camp. I'm sure she will have a good time if she doesn't overload on junk food (which she is discovering makes her not feel well) in large quantities. Mark is working on another computer and doing some music stuff this weekend. Jordan and I are just chillin. I think he is starting to feel our next weather front and by this evening is getting a little bouncy.

I worked in the Special Friends class this evening. It is always interesting for me to get to see what life is like for our other families. I realize that although we have a long way to go, we have come so far and I count my blessings.
